I’m over the moon that the British Council and their programme partners (GREAT Britain campaign, UKTI, FCO, EducationUK and VisitBritain) will be using my image throughout next years celebration of Shakespeare’s life on the occasion of the 400th anniversary of his death.
I took this image when I was asked to shoot with Present Moment Productions at The Tempest, by William Shakespeare. This play is believed to have been written in 1610–11, and thought by many critics to be the last play that Shakespeare wrote alone.
